This package is just for the design and drawing of the plan. Our team will design your home beautifully and to your area’s specifications. We will draw a detailed floor plan, exterior elevations, residential front perspective, house and detail cross-sections, floor structural supports, electrical plan and roof plan.

We will give you a ready to submit house plan, but you will have the responsibility of compiling all the necessary documentations. You will submit the plans to the municipality so that they get approved for construction. Our architects will sign off on the SACAP form.

The R75.00 per m2 only includes the design and drawings, you will be responsible for any additional payments needed for submission and engineering (where required).

With this package we are responsible for the approval of your plan, and the cost of submission. We will come to you with a plan that is approved and clear as well as ready for construction.

MUNICIPAL SUBMISSION ONLY

Compilation of documents and municipal submission.

This package is for people who already have a plan that was drawn by a professionals, but still needs to submit it to the municipality. This is an important part of the process, because before any construction happens the plan needs to be approved by local Authorities.

Illegal building of houses may result in many tragedies, like the demolition of the house or building by inspectors, the collapse of the house because of lack of proper planning and engineering or simply your builder had no proper plan to instruct him of what to do. maybe your house will not look in a manner that is pleasing to the eye.

If you have a house plan that is not approved yet, we would recommend you use this service. We can help you with all the stressful paper work and lingo. For only R65.00 per m2 we will compile and submit all the documentation needed.
